Storrs Gate House is open all year round, although we are closed over Christmas and New Year (and for our own holidays).  All prices shown are per person, per night and include breakfast and VAT.

Our tariff varies according to the type of room and time of year.   Please note – weekend prices may be higher than those during midweek.

High Season – June – September, Bank Holidays and Valentine weekend.

Mid Season – March, April, May; October and November.

Low Season – January, February, December.

Please note the following:

• Weekend bookings – usually two nights minimum, although please check for late availability for a one night stay
• Bank Holidays are charged at High Season Rates and a three night minimum booking applies
• Single occupancy of any room incurs a supplement of £25.00 per night
  excluding Fridays and Saturdays and Bank Holiday weekends when the full room rate will apply
• Preference will be given to bookings of two or more nights
• Regret, no pets or children

A deposit of £50.00 per room is required to confirm a booking.

Payments by CREDIT CARD will attract a surcharge of 2%. We would prefer debit card, cash or guaranteed cheque please.  (Please do not send your card details by email or via our enquiry form.)

We aim to have rooms ready by 12.00 noon. If you do wish to arrive earlier and rooms are not ready – you can register and leave your bags with us. Checkout is by 10.30am please.  Breakfast is served in our beautiful dining room, between 8.30am and 9.00am. (Full service, at individual tables).  Please allow access to rooms for valeting before 11.00am.

Please ensure you have read our terms & conditions (see ”Contacts” page) prior to placing a booking.  Holiday cancellation insurance is advised.

Low season includes December, January and February. Mid Season includes March, April, May, October and November. High Season is June, July, August and September.
